Flatpak

A signed ostree remote of apps vendors do not ship as Flatpak. Wrap is ours; the bits inside are the vendor’s. Default install is flatpak --user. Not Flathub, not vendor-official.

Add this remote on a Linux desktop (including Quarry), then install an app.

Run the command, then pick an app.
