Package-only rebuild of `oci.thepeoples.io/hardened/argocd:v3.5.4-tpio.2`.
`apt-get --only-upgrade dist-upgrade` on that digest brings `libcurl3t64-gnutls` to at least `8.18.0-1ubuntu2.8` (CVE-2026-92392). Argo CD, helm, kustomize, and git-lfs are the tpio.2 binaries; their upstream archives are unchanged.

Ubuntu corresponding source for the upgraded packages is published by Canonical. The installed-package manifest is written to `/usr/share/tp-hardened/tpio3.dpkg-manifest` and copied to `build-records/tpio3.dpkg-manifest`.
